Freddy Mossman

“I’m twenty–six, and I’ve just blown the last chance I had to do anything that mattered.”

Trained killer, excommunicated spy, pornographer. Okay, that last one is just a cover, but it’s Freddy’s life now, and it doesn’t agree with him. Stranded in Paris, adrift, with nothing to do but wait, he’s in danger of going under, and needs a distraction. But how far removed from his former life is he really? Isn’t a man of his talents always going to be in demand?

Jay McFarlane

“Take your mind off things with some random acts of social disorder.”

Photographer, videographer, troublemaker. Jay makes a living doing what he wants, when he wants, creatively. It’s not that he doesn’t care what people think, but how many people do you meet who really know how to have fun? This invite from his friend Freddy to go and hang out in Paris for a while – that sounds like the perfect environment to create some inspired mayhem. And heading off the grid for a time might be a good idea right now…

Holly Henderson

“I’m not sure what’s worse – that you’d be comfortable asking me to do that, or that you’d think I had the contacts to arrange it.”

Cambridge graduate, corporate achiever, lost. Parisian living isn’t turning out how Holly imagined, and no matter how hard she tries, she just can’t seem to find a niche for herself. Freddy’s found a niche, but it’s dirty and immoral one. She needs to keep away from that side of the city, or it will drag her down, and that’s not somewhere she wants to end up. She’s too good for that life, isn’t she?
